The coziest family restaurant by the sea
Right next to the dunes, close to the beach, is Eetcafé Zout.
After a wonderful day on the beach or a brisk bike ride through Westland, you can sit down here.
Enjoy a refreshing drink while the children play in the adjacent playground.
Or enjoy one of our delicious dishes with the whole family!
You really don’t have to worry that restaurant dishes contain too much salt.
Better yet, a dish with too much salt is not tasty at all.
But salt is of course a good seasoning and that fits perfectly with a restaurant so close to the (salty) North Sea.
After a day at the beach, your body could use some salt.
First step under the surfboard that has been transformed into a shower to wash off the sea and then sit down on the terrace.
Where the staff will fix you a drink with a nice salt to go with it!
Children will not be bored here
Outdoor Playground
It is a challenging and versatile playground with something for every child.
Different climbing equipment and panels provide an unforgettable play adventure.
Children from 2 to 14 years old can play here to their heart’s content, without and with limitations.
Another big plus is that the playground is adjacent to Eetcafé Zout where parents can relax on the terrace.
And be honest, what parent wouldn’t want that!
Water playground
If the weather is nice, the kids can also cool off in the new water playground!
They can climb on a boat and slide off again through the water jets, play a mini-game or just walk through the water jets.
And also the water playground is adjacent to Eetcafé Zout, so from the terrace or from the conservatory you can watch the children play.
Indoor play area
Adjacent to the conservatory of the restaurant is an indoor play area for the little ones.
The play area is completely underwater themed and in the middle of the room is a real boat.
A reading corner with all kinds of themed books and a huge mural of a shark.
Do you dare?
